Restaurant showcases Wolfgang’s most popular signature creation…Pizza!

The Wolfgang Puck Fine Dining Group announced today the opening of Wolfgang Puck Pizzeria & Cucina, where Puck features his famed wood-oven baked pizzas and pays tribute to Italy through pastas and specialty dishes.

Wolfgang Puck Pizzeria & Cucina is located inside Crystals at CityCenter in the former Brasserie PUCK space. The restaurant offers guests a warm and inviting atmosphere with a bird’s-eye view of the retail destination, the perfect place to people watch.

“Pizzeria & Cucina allows us to showcase what guests have loved about Wolfgang for decades…his signature pizzas,” said Tom Kaplan, senior managing partner of the Wolfgang Puck Fine Dining Group. “Our new menu offers fun and casual dining in a setting that is truly spectacular.”

Always committed to using the freshest and finest ingredients available to create incomparable tastes, Executive Chef Dustin Lewandowski’s menu is complete with Italian favorites including antipasti, salads, handmade pastas, and enticing entrees featuring delectable meats and fish.

With a focus on Puck’s famed pizzas, the menu offers guests multiple varieties to choose from including the Margherita Pizza with burrata mozzarella, tomato sauce and basil; Italian Meat Pizza with pepperoni, salami, sopresatta and smoked ricotta cheese; Wild Mushroom Pizza with mozzarella cheese, caramelized onions and fresh herbs; and Vegetable Pizza with baby squash, blossoms, cherry tomatoes and ricotta.

Additionally, Pizzeria & Cucina showcases homemade pastas and rustic Italian favorites including Penne Carbonara with English peas and crisp pancetta; Ricotta Gnocchi with sausage Bolognese and Italian parsley; Salmon, cooked with rosemary butter, bacon, mushrooms and onions; and Grilled Ribeye Steak with Tuscan potatoes and spicy rapini. Seasonal specials will also be offered daily.

The bar at Pizzeria & Cucina features a dynamic beverage list meant to complement the menu’s exquisite Italian flavors including domestic and international beers and a comprehensive selection of wines, many imported from Italy. Additionally, the bar offers a delicious array of perfectly executed specialty cocktails including the Orange Cucina, Aperol Negroni, Raspberry Lemon Drop and Elderflower Martini.

As a perfect finale, Pizzeria & Cucina offers a creative and playful dessert menu featuring classic favorites with a modern twist. Decadent creations include Apple Crostada with almond frangipane and caramel gelato; Traditional Tiramisu with mascarpone filling, ladyfinger and anise biscotti; and Ricotta Cheesecake with farmer’s market strawberries and dark chocolate cookie crust.

A private dining room is available for any special occasion, business meeting or cocktail reception, holding up to 50 guests.
